BROADWAY BOUND THEATER PROGRAM

BROADWAY SHORTIES
Do you like performing? Join us as you develop a character, learn lines, sing, dance, and act in a musical! No prior acting experience needed. In just one rehearsal per week, actors audition for roles, rehearse and perform in a condensed version of a fantastical musical. Students build confidence and develop important social skills though games and theater exercises.

Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat (Ages 6-7)
Wednesdays, September 12 though November 14 from 4:00 to 5:00pm

Peter Pan (Ages 8-9)
Wednesdays, September 12 through Novemeber 14 from 5:00 to 6:00pm

Thursdays, September 13 through November 15 from 4:15 to 5:30pm

BROADWAY BELTERS
Students learn to develop their voices as musical instruments through solo and choral singing, group vocal improvisation, warm-ups, exercises, and more.

​BROADWAY BOOGIE
Designed to enhance skills and develop craft as a musical theater dancer, students build dance vocabulary, master complex routines, and learn to choreograph.

The Greatest Showman (Ages 7-11)

ACTING CLASSES

IMPROVISATIONAL ACTING for ADULTS with Virginia Musante
Learn improv through games, scenes, character work, and more games! Experience firsthand the importance of thinking on your feet and being “in the moment”, all in a friendly and safe environment!
Tuesdays, Oct. 2 through Nov. 13 from 7:00-9:00pm. No class on 10/30
HOLLYWOOD HOTSHOTS (grades 3–7)
Learn the fundamentals of capturing (on camera) an honest and organic performance by living, breathing, and experiencing the life of the character. Hollywood Hotshots goes in-depth exploring the techniques of film acting, from lighting, to eye lines, framing, memorizing, and more!
Wednesdays, Oct. 17 through Dec. 19 from 6:15-7:30pm . No class 10/31 and 11/21

ACTING / IMPROV II (Ages 10+)
Designed for intermediate students who want to continue honing their skills in acting and improvisation. Material and improvisations will increase in difficulty and build upon introductory skills.
Tuesdays, September 11 through November 13 from 5:15 to 6:30 PM.

ADVANCED IMPROV (Ages 11+)
Students engage in both long-form and short-form improv activities to sharpen the mind, enhance listening skills, and improve collaboration and the ability to think and respond on the spot. Designed for advanced students to enhance and hone their skills. Previous acting experience is required.
Mondays, September 10 through November 12 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM.

DANCE CLASSES

TAP I with Raul Avina
Come join the fun….tap shoes not required! But if you’ve always wanted to DIP YOUR TOES INTO TAP, HERE’S YOUR CHANCE!
Thursdays, Sept. 13–Nov. 15, 5:00–6:00pm

TAP II with Raul Avina
Designed for intermediate students who want to continue their tapping skills and aim for the STAGE and the SPOTLIGHT.
Mondays, Sept. 10–Nov. 12 from 6:00–7:00pm

MY TWO LEFT FEET with Raul Avina
This class aims at maximum fun! Oh, and learn some TAP and LINE DANCING along the way. 7:00–8:00pm
