For, Seussical the Musical we are doing a school show
on Friday, November 18th at 10am. 

If you would like to help organize a class trip
for your child's school, please have them complete
the attached form. Seussical School show order form

Let her know the name of your school and how many tickets
you need (this will reserve there seats)

Hello Everyone,

Over the last few weeks, with all aspects of this production becoming fully operational, the tasks at hand have been more and more demanding.

We are so lucky that PPP’s dear friend and supporter Vivian Polishuk has offered to join our team and help with the production of this show.

VIvian has been involved with PPP for many many years, both her children have performed in PPP shows, she has produced with PPP and Aragon High School.

As we move forward Vivian and I will collaborate on the production manager’s tasks and therefore you can expect emails from both us.

Please, email Vivian with any questions with regards to scheduling and conflicts.

Look forward to seeing everyone this weekend.

2-4 Weekend Carpenters.

Sunday, Sept 25 from 10-4

2 Skilled Carpenters
2-4 Weekend carpenters

I would like to meet with as many of the Committee Chairs this Saturday and Sunday.

Can the Chairs please look at this weekends schedule, and offer me two possible times when we could meet.

So, rehearsals have started so, it is time for volunteers to start, building,paints, sewing, etc, etc.

At the auditions most of you signed up for committees. I have transferred the Pre-show ones to this spread sheet.

Each committee has it’s own color. If you have not signed up, please look at the spreadsheet and fill in where there are blank spaces in each section.

If you have any question about a particular committee, please feel free to contact me.

I will be holding meetings with Committee heads in the next week, and then we will meet with the whole committee so, we can get everyone out and working
